Grange Perpetual Lorna Godfrey Shield

Each year the Club has a perpetual trophy to congratulate the team with the highest percentage at the end of the Minor Round. This award is highly sought after by all the teams. As part of this award, the team details will be engraved on the shield and each player of that team will receive a medal acknowledging their achievement.

Want to know how it is calculated? The number of goals in the minor rounds.
A number of goals 'for' and 'against' is divided by the total number of goals x 100 to calculate the percentage.
For example
800 goals for Grange Team 250 against Grange Team = Total 1050 Goals.
800 divided by 1050 goals = 0.7619
Then 0.7619 x 100 = 76.19%

SAUCNA Awards

Each year SAUCNA, our competition body, holds an Annual Gala Dinner celebrating the Winter Season. Best & Fairest Awards are presented to A1's, A 2s and Under 17-1 players.  Two representatives from Grange Netball Club attend these awards. Where we have teams represented in these age divisions, Grange will provide two tickets for each team to join in the celebrations of the evening.  Where a team chooses not to attend, the tickets are forfeited. It is a wonderful night to celebrate the top end of our competition.
