Sue Clingly

2021 Life Member Inductee

Unfortunately, Covid played a part in the delay of a very worthy recipient, of this years Grange Life Member, Sue Clingly.

Sue has had massive contributions to the club spanning 21 years.

Sue has coached for a good majority of those years, both summer and winter seasons.

Sue spent multiple years as an active and integral committee member as Umpire Coordinator and club Treasurer.

Efforts don't stop there, she has been Grange team selector and Grange's biggest cheerleader week after week. I'm not sure she has missed more than 2-3 of our games in the whole 20 years of watching her daughters Becc & Sophie.

As said by her daughters 'By far her greatest legacy has been her advocacy to keep our team together and build such a strong culture, that as a result, we have a group of girls still taking the court and loving the sport well into their late 20s.'

Congratulations and very well deserved to be inducted as a Grange Netball Life Member.
